CLAB 0.80 now supports the frr kind while netlab writes it as linux #3939

This requires to set the clab minimum version to be
0.80then tho.
So either wait as users with newer versions can use clab.kind: frr if needed?- linked a pull request that will close this issuerefactor: update containerlab provider to use frr kind for frr device… #3940

Update the frr kinds from the old
linux-kind to the new supportedfrr-kind
