Test that vendored grammar hashes match docs/grammars/tree-sitter-typescript.md #24

build.rs's comment hashes for the vendored TypeScript grammar drifted from the files between 9ce21f8 and 7dbdfae and nothing caught it (fixed by hand in PR #22). kernel-grammar-parity.test.ts is skipped without a kernel prebuild, and the differential checks only the wasm. A small test that sha256s codegraph-kernel/grammars/typescript/** and src/extraction/wasm/tree-sitter-{typescript,tsx}.wasm against the doc table would catch a partial vendor bump; then the build.rs comment copy could go.
