Summary

This PR performs repository hygiene by permanently removing unused SonarCloud/SonarQube integrations.

Scope

• Removed SonarCloud-only configuration files
• Removed SonarCloud-only scripts and references
• Removed SonarCloud npm dependencies and test scripts

Verification

• Reviewed changes to ensure application code was not modified.
• No business logic changes.
• No API changes.
• No deployment behavior changes.
• No runtime configuration changes.
• Cleanup is limited to unused SonarCloud artifacts only.

This PR is intended as a maintenance cleanup only.
