A second person now works on this public repository, and agents on two computers plus a hosted cloud session work at once. Planned on the product thinker's sign-off at the 2026-10-03 interview (impact additive), after two adversarial reviews and the pre-pass: - itd-2609091034175565 moves to planned with spc-2610031753359849: a reservation is a branch `abcd-reserved/<record-id>` on origin that nobody merges; `abcd build` and `abcd drain` reserve as work starts, `abcd reserve` covers hand work, `abcd peers` lists reservations; 53 confirmed criteria, 15 steps across two specs. - adr-2610031352212697 (proposed): reservations are branches on the shared remote; nothing kept on one computer is the register; reservation text is data. - itd-33 is superseded by it; itd-148 drops the stale edge. - itd-2609150819440345 (the session register) stays a draft for later; itd-2610031259176838 files the outside-contributor follow-up. - The research and both reviews are filed as a research note; the rulings are logged in DECISIONS.md.
