This was failing with

c1xx: fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: '/WX-': No such file or directory
error: failed to run custom build command for `libmimalloc-sys v0.1.49`
error: failed to compile `jaq v3.1.1`

Seems like a few other CI's are also failing.
