fix(cypher): preserve integer-list precision - #30

Conversation
Keep integer lists as Int64 values and convert numeric lists only at vector boundaries. Add singleton-row planning so standalone RETURN examples execute on configured engines. Issue #3. Implemented with assistance from Codex; coordinated runtime and benchmark validation pending.

Problem and change
Fixes #3.
Integer-only list literals now retain Int64 values, including IDs above float32's exact range. Decimal or exponent notation still denotes a vector; vector operations convert integer lists at their boundary. A single-row logical source also lets a configured engine execute standalone RETURN expressions.

User impact
Integer-only literals preserve Int64 IDs; decimal/exponent literals retain vector interpretation. Standalone RETURN is supported. Cypher/vector guides and regression examples are updated.
