Summary: Reworks Invision top status metrics so the header stays simple while Stability, Decentralization, and Legitimacy get score coloring; adds a Vortexopedia-backed Band hint; fixes global hover hints by portaling hint cards outside page containers while anchoring them to hovered terms. Validation: yarn typecheck, yarn test, yarn build. Deployment: branch was deployed to the VPS web checkout/static root with runtime config preserved.
