Brings Store/ in line with what is now live in App Store Connect, and points everything at the renamed repository. The listing itself was pushed from this branch with Scripts/asc.py and read back field by field. Tracked on the board as LAB-9.

What changed

  • Repository URL. The repo is now hollandcloud/gitcleared. This updates the clone command, the issue links in docs/privacy.md and docs/support.md, the User-Agent, and the listing's support, privacy and marketing URLs. The old address still redirects.
  • Hand edits in App Store Connect win. The store name is "Git Cleared", as it was set there, and the keywords set there are folded into keywords.txt (93 of 100 characters).
  • asc.py info sets the two App Information fields the script did not cover: primary category (Developer Tools) and the content-rights declaration. The app shows the user's own GitHub data with their credentials, so it declares third-party content it has the right to show.
  • asc.py pricing makes a new app free and available everywhere except mainland China, which needs an ICP filing number. It only creates what is missing. On this app both were already set by hand, so it changed nothing.
  • Screenshots retaken from the current build. They were captured in light appearance with scroll bars hidden, set for the preview process only, so the result doesn't depend on the Mac taking them. The wordmark follows name.txt.

In App Store Connect now

  • Name, subtitle, description, keywords, promotional text, support, marketing and privacy URLs — all read back matching the files here.
  • Category: Developer Tools. Content rights: declared.
  • Five screenshots at 2880x1800, review notes, and age rating (23 answers).
  • Build 4 attached; price free; available in 175 territories; App Privacy "Data Not Collected" (set by hand).

Still needed before submitting: the review notes contain a placeholder where a GitHub token for App Review goes. Store/metadata/review-notes.md describes how to make one.

Verification

79 tests pass. No test settings are left in ~/Library/Preferences.

…repo

The repository is now hollandcloud/gitcleared. Point the clone command,
the support and privacy pages' issue links, the User-Agent and the
listing's URLs at it; the old address still redirects.

Some of the listing was filled in by hand in App Store Connect. Store/
is meant to follow those edits rather than overwrite them, so take the
name as it was set there — "Git Cleared" — and fold its keywords into
keywords.txt.

Add `asc.py info` for the two App Information fields the script did not
cover: the primary category (Developer Tools) and the content-rights
declaration. The app shows the user's own GitHub data, fetched with
their credentials, so it declares third-party content it has the right
to show.

Retake the screenshots from the current build. They are captured in
light appearance with scroll bars hidden, set for the preview process
only, so the result does not depend on how the Mac taking them is
configured.

`asc.py pricing` creates the price schedule (free, USA as the base) and
territory availability when either is missing, and leaves an existing
one alone rather than guessing at an edit. China mainland is excluded:
it requires an ICP filing number before an app can be listed there.

On this app both had already been set by hand, so the command made no
change. It is here for the next app that starts from this script.
