Change description
Test if the flexible server ccd-data-store-api-postgres-db-v15-data-prod can be shutdown. The team want the instance kept off and only turned on for adhoc use to save money, rather than leaving the instance running.
This is to test if it will be picked up when running the workflow on flexibleserver-auto-shutdown.yaml in dev, then apply the changes to auto-shutdown repo once tests are complete and tags have been added to the db instance.
