Prep for transferring codeoid-mobile into the highflame-ai org. Flips live repo URLs (README/package.json) from saucam to highflame-ai and adds a CONTRIBUTING.md with DCO sign-off terms (none existed). NOTE: this repo is Apache-2.0 while codeoid/codeoid-ui are MIT — unify the family license as a separate decision. DO NOT MERGE until the repo transfer is executed. Post-transfer cleanup now that codeoid-mobile lives at
highflame-ai/codeoid-mobile. Flips live repo URLssaucam→highflame-ai(own + cross-repo links tocodeoid/codeoid-ui, which also moved) and adds aCONTRIBUTING.mdwith DCO sign-off terms (none existed).Re-derived fresh against current
main(applied cleanly — no drift). 3 files:package.json,README.md, newCONTRIBUTING.md.License note: this repo is Apache-2.0 while codeoid / codeoid-ui are MIT. Per decision, leaving the family licenses as-is for now.
