Summary
Why
The public Help Center must match the canonical claims, conditions, and permitted uses in the Hellotext Claims Registry. CLM-013 now confirms that Hellotext prioritizes eligible commercial missions by their probability of generating revenue, while reactive routing remains based on intent, continuity, and escalation rules.
The previous “compatible action” wording understated the confirmed commercial prioritization behavior, while the older “best action” wording was too broad.
Impact
Copy-only changes across eight bilingual Help Center files. No product behavior, pricing, or Claim Registry data is changed.
Validation
git diff --checkyarn build(production Jekyll build for both languages and security-header verification)
