What this touches

Adds .github/pull_request_template.md (this repo had none), using the same shared template as haxcms-nodejs, haxcms-php and create, plus the new HAX Pillar Checks section.

The checklist names the seven community pillars (accessible, efficient, extensible, free and open, platform agnostic, remixable, sustainable) plus human creativity first, and links the full questions in PRAW. A "no" doesn't block a PR: name it, say why, and link a follow-up issue.

Related: haxtheweb/issues#3190

Notes

Checks

  • Formatted with Prettier 3.2.5 using this repo's .prettierrc.json (what precheck runs on Markdown). No code changed, so ESLint and tests don't apply.

Generated by Claude Code

Adds a checklist for the seven community pillars plus human creativity first, linking the full questions in praw WORLDVIEW.md.
