XY-844: [ELF benchmark suite] Add work-resume continuity and capture/integration cases

Summary

• Add fixture-backed real-world memory jobs for stale worktree resume, Decodex/Linear lane status, failed command recovery, PR review blocker recovery, and exact next-action extraction.
• Add a capture/integration boundary job with agentmemory and claude-mem as fair reference points only.
• Extend the real-world job runner/report with capture behavior classes and latency threshold scoring, and update the benchmark spec/docs/task path.
