Summary

Fix the MCP default ingestion profile setter to forward PUT to /v2/admin/events/ingestion-profiles/default and add request-level coverage for method/path/body.
Remove the clippy-triggering explicit .into_iter() calls in search rerank zips.
Repair the getting-started shell fence and align the default-set spec text with the existing API PUT route.
Restore repo-native vstyle task invocations with --language rust and include the resulting style-gate normalization.
