evolve draftcalls regenerated existing authored drafts, erasing revisions and resetting review state. Preserve complete existing drafts without changing their history or approval state, and reconstruct a missing patch from the authored draft instead of boilerplate.Document
evolve showas the read-only inspection command and--appendas an intentional revision.Validation: 52 focused AI/CLI tests pass, including repeated drafting, missing-patch recovery, and accepted-state preservation. Lint, type checking, compiled build verification, and package dry run pass.
