Summary
Adds the Microsoft IQ Solution Accelerator, a ready-to-deploy Microsoft solution accelerator built on Fabric, Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot that unifies Fabric IQ, Foundry IQ, and Work IQ for disruption detection, analysis, and response. Submitted via issue #14.
