What

With publicPathFallbacks enabled, initial stylesheets are inserted by
JavaScript instead of being included in the server-rendered HTML. This allows
the browser to display SSR content before its CSS is applied, causing a flash
of unstyled content.

Render initial stylesheet links directly in the document head to restore
their normal render-blocking behavior. The client loader adopts these links
for retries and fallback handling, preserving stylesheet order.

Updates both the English and Russian README.

Tests

Verified locally on Node 18.20.8:

  • npm run lint — passed, with 20 ESLint warnings and no errors.
  • npm run typecheck — passed.
  • npm run test — all 48 tests passed across 6 test suites.
