Profiling should require only normal Popcorn registration. Update the NCU contributor guide to remove Modal installation/account setup and describe
--profilethrough GPU Mode's authenticated API. Keep--profile-brevexplicit, with no automatic provider switch.Explain that an operator syncs published tasks into KernelBot; local repository edits and client-side reference overrides do not affect hosted profiles. Update provenance instructions to distinguish the returned configuration fingerprint from the synced repository commit.
Companions: gpu-mode/popcorn-cli#80 and gpu-mode/kernelbot#530. Deploy the backend before releasing the CLI. This corrects the guide introduced in #171.
Validation: Python examples parse, relative links resolve, and
git diff --checkpasses. The isolated QR v2 benchmark-0 B200 test used reference-kernels51e22db671d36c1c76091c43c36a44546ba324a1, normal Popcorn header authentication, and a CLI process with no Modal executable or credentials. The API/backend returned an NCU report and text/CSV counter exports; other problems still need their own validation.
