Changes to add reproduction steps without the plugin, and to remove conflicts in the ports and container names so that both containers can run at once.

Also, please change it to nginx-ui instead of nginx in the directory name

For the directory name, nginx, for example in nginx/CVE-2026-33032/README.md, can you rename it to nginx-ui like nginx-ui/CVE-2026-33032/README.md? Since the testbed is not for nginx specifically, but nginx-ui.
