Clone the Git repository.
Done!

To check out Google Authenticator for Android, you need to clone the "Android" repository rather than the "default" one.

The PAM module has been moved too.

To build Google Authenticator for iOS, you need to check out two additional Subversion repositories:

ZXing: Under mobile/ios/externals/zxing from ZXing.
Google Toolbox for Mac: Under mobile/ios/externals/google-toolbox-for-mac from Google Code.
