Make pipeline SWIFT use DP-noised error scores for query selection instead of exact candidate errors. The SWIFT budget is split between selection-score noise and final selected-marginal measurements, and diagnostics record the noised errors.
Validation:
pytest tests/pipeline_transformations/swift_test.py -qpassed.
