docs: offboarding's effects confirmed in Google - #44

The operator checked the first live offboarding's effects afterwards: the transfer completed, the mailbox hand-over, auto-reply, sweep and reminder all worked. The operator checked the first live offboarding's effects in Google afterwards and reported everything worked: the transfer completed, the manager has the mailbox, an outside sender gets the auto-reply, and the calendar sweep and reminder did their part. This updates the README's Live verification status rows, the offboarding runbook, the guide and both plans. Still open: the reminder with an invitee (this run had none) and the account delete.
