---

Are you the copyright holder or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf?
Yes. I am [private], the [private] and authorized agent of CertMike.com, LLC, the entity that holds the exclusive copyright in the work at issue, as identified on the work itself. I am submitting this notice in that capacity.

Are you submitting a revised DMCA notice after GitHub Trust & Safety requested you make changes to your original notice?
Yes.

Does your claim involve content on GitHub or npm.js?
GitHub

Please describe the nature of your copyright ownership or authorization to act on the owner's behalf.
I am the [private] and authorized agent of CertMike.com, LLC, the copyright owner of the work described below.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
The work is the "CISSP Last Minute Review Guide," a study aid authored by [private] and published under the CertMike brand. It is a short-form PDF document containing original summary tables, key terms, and condensed exam-prep content covering the (ISC)² CISSP exam domains, along with CertMike branding/attribution identifying it as [private] work. CertMike.com, LLC owns the exclusive copyright in this work; it is distributed only through channels [private] authorize and is not licensed for redistribution by third parties.

If the original work referenced above is available online, please provide a URL.
The work is distributed directly to customers/subscribers rather than posted at a single public URL; it is not otherwise published for free public download.

We ask that a DMCA takedown notice list every specific file in the repository that is infringing, unless the entire contents of the repository are infringing on your copyright. Please clearly state that the entire repository is infringing, OR provide the specific files within the repository you would like removed.
Specific files within the repository are infringing (not the entire repository).

Identify only the specific file URLs within the repository that is infringing:
https://gitcloning.github.io/cissp/post/cissp-study/files/CISSP%20Cheat%20Sheet%20(CertMike).pdf

Detailed description of the exact nature of the infringement:
The file at the URL above is a complete, unauthorized digital reproduction of the entire "CISSP Last Minute Review Guide." It is not an excerpt, summary, commentary, or transformative use — it is the full original PDF, including [private] original text and the CertMike branding/attribution, hosted verbatim as a downloadable file served from the gitcloning/cissp GitHub Pages site. Anyone visiting that page can download the complete work for free. [private] did not create this copy, upload it, or authorize its distribution through GitHub or any other channel, and CertMike.com, LLC has not licensed this work for redistribution by this user or repository. This unauthorized copying and public distribution of the entire work infringes [private] exclusive rights of reproduction and distribution under 17 U.S.C. § 106.

Do you claim to have any technological measures in place to control access to your copyrighted content?
No.

If you are reporting an allegedly infringing fork, please list each fork URL below:
Not applicable

Is the work licensed under an open source license?
No.

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement?
Reported content must be removed.

Do you have the alleged infringer's contact information? If so, please provide it.
No, I do not have contact information for the operator of the "gitcloning" GitHub account/repository beyond their GitHub username.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
I have this good faith belief.

I have taken fair use into consideration.
I have considered fair use. This is a wholesale, verbatim reproduction of the entire work made available for free public download, with no transformation, criticism, commentary, or added original expression. It substitutes for and undermines the market for the original work. I do not believe this use qualifies as fair use.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
I so swear, under penalty of perjury.

I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice.
Yes.

So that we can get back to you, please provide either your telephone number or physical address.
