+The original work is a browser extension named "WhatsApp Web Designer." The infringement involves the unauthorized copying, reproduction, and distribution of [private] proprietary user interface styles and [private] uniquely authored theme configuration arrays and preset names.

+The infringing repository contains direct, verbatim copies of these configurations (housed in their themes-presets.js file), as well as logic reverse-engineered directly from [private] build files. While the development repository for [private] extension is kept private on [private] for proprietary reasons, the compiled, public-facing build of these files is live in the extension.

+The unauthorized copying is explicitly documented in the infringing repository's own history. This specific commit features a message explicitly stating "themes-presets.js — replaced with all 12
