What does this PR do?

Added glossary entries for .gitignore and README and verified that both display correctly on the glossary page.

How did you test this?

Started a local server with py -m http.server 8000 --bind 127.0.0.1, opened http://127.0.0.1:8000/glossary.html, and verified that searching for .gitignore and README displayed both entries correctly.
