event viewnow honors an explicit event ID after an issue short ID, using the issue to resolve its project.Also supports
org/ISSUE-123 <ID>. Omitting the ID still shows latest; invalid or nonexistent events return an error. Includes end-to-end list-to-view regression tests and updated help/docs.Validation: typecheck, lint and event flow tests pass. Full-suite validation is blocked by unrelated host/container environment requirements.
