Dependabot bumped the fast-uri resolution in package.json to ^3.1.8 but left yarn.lock pinned to 3.1.6, so the security fixes never applied and Yarn 4 immutable installs in CI would reject the stale lockfile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
