…2E app This app is about to move to span streaming. The copy stays on transaction envelopes so the static trace lifecycle remains covered for @sentry/tanstackstart-react. Tunnel-route variants stay on the original app. Co-Authored-By: Cursor Grok 4.6 <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Adds
tanstackstart-react-static, a copy of the TanStack Start React E2E app that stays ontraceLifecycle: 'static'and the existing transaction-envelope specs. The server init is pinned to'static'rather than theE2E_TEST_STREAMED_SPANSternary, so this copy cannot accidentally stream. Why
After
tanstackstart-reactbecomes stream-only we still need a TanStack Start representative on the static lifecycle. Tunnel and latest variants stay on the original app. Package imports remain@sentry/tanstackstart-react.Part of #23805
