Fixes the server-utils and Nuxt build failures introduced by #23828: Knex, Tedious, Prisma, and Nuxt database instrumentation still imported SQL helpers from core after those exports moved. Use the helpers from server-utils so the integrations compile against the current core exports.
CI passed for #23828 on September 1, before #23605 and #23602 added these consumers to develop. The move merged on September 4 without retesting against those additions, so the green checks never covered the combination of the new imports and removed exports.
