certifi2026.10.19 removes trust in the compromised eMudhra/emSign CA roots (release). Tracked in VULN-3216.uv.lock: 2026.1.4 → 2026.10.19Only the
certifientry changes (version, URLs, hashes). certifi is a transitive dependency here, so no manifest changes. The date-based version jump is a normal CA-bundle refresh, with no API changes.uv.lockalready failsuv lock --checkon the default branch (the lockfile was out of date before this change). This PR leaves that as is and only swaps the certifi entry. Not installed or tested here, so CI is the check.via Geoff Goldsmith.
