When you integrate the fedo SDK in your app, fedo receives the feedback, comments and votes your users submit, and any user details you choose to set, such as a user ID, display name, email address or custom properties. If you do not identify a user, the SDK creates an anonymous user with a random ID stored on the device.
The SDK also attaches a fixed set of device and app properties to each user automatically, collected at initialization and updated each app session: platform, manufacturer, model, device name, OS version, fedo SDK version, locale, time zone and app version name, plus brand and app version code on Android and app build number on iOS. These cannot be turned off. fedo does not track your users' behaviour, collect their location, fingerprint their devices, or use advertising identifiers.
Bugs and feature requests for the SDKs go in the relevant repo's issues. Anything else: hello@getfedo.com · security@getfedo.com
