Yes. Verified that all 5 toolbox MCP configs will be bumped by running npx --package renovate@44.39.1 renovate --platform=local --dry-run=full locally.

Both automations were bumping only
gemini-extension.json, so the source (plugin.json+mcp.json) and the other generated manifests drifted.
