What this PR does / why we need it:

Reworks the post-processing pipeline so aggregated docs land in a stable, low-noise shape and pages are classified by their true origin.

index.md rename: emit index.md directly instead of copying _index.md, dropping the _index dedup/filter logic across sidebar, search and check-managed.
Classification by github_repo: files are managed vs local based on the presence of github_repo, not an injected marker. Native files without github_repo are correctly treated as local.
Frontmatter roundtrip helper: centralizes YAML parse/serialize to eliminate full-refresh diff noise (title quoting, key ordering); image-ref lowercasing extracted into its own module, decoupled from file rename.
MANAGED/LOCAL origin banner: adds a banner at the top of each page telling readers whether the content is maintained here (LOCAL) or synced from an upstream repo (MANAGED), so they know where to contribute. Guards against a duplicate H1 when the banner precedes existing content.
Edit-link derivation: the "Edit this page" link is now computed instead of injected into frontmatter. LOCAL pages link to the file in this repo (derived from its path); MANAGED pages link to the original file in the upstream repo, reconstructed from the docforge path_base .to mapping.
make full-refresh target: refreshes md files from the external repos in .docforge/, runs post-processing, then starts the local preview. For testing manifest changes locally end to end.
Netlify deploy-preview rebuild: preview builds now run make ci-build-preview, which only re-runs docforge + post-processing when .docforge/ changed since the base ref (falls back to a full rebuild if the base ref is unresolvable, e.g. a shallow clone). Otherwise it builds the existing content, keeping previews fast.
Aggregation pipeline trigger: the aggregation workflow now also runs on push to master when .docforge/** changes, so manifest edits are picked up immediately instead of only on the nightly schedule.
CI: sitemap structure-diff check on PRs and a unit-test workflow for the post-processing libs.

Special notes for your reviewer:

The 6 code commits are the substance. The chore(content) commit is the pipeline output the code commits produce, and it is cleanup of the local files only — managed upstream files were deliberately dropped from this PR. It strips the upstream-only frontmatter that had leaked into locally-maintained pages (github_repo, github_subdir, path_base_for_github_subdir, local: true) and settles them to consistent tracking (editLink: false, normalized title quoting, origin banner).

It can be skimmed rather than read line by line. The post-processing libs are covered by 42 unit tests (pnpm test).

regarding the manifest change not showing up, this could be a local cache issue, so .vitepress/cache and .vitepress/dist still existing. If thats the case, we can clean them up in the make target as well.

For the untracked files, this is sadly expected at the moment 😓 Since I updated the post-processing and, among other things, added the new banner. I did not want to commit the managed files in this PR since they are not really part of the repo. Long story short, you can check that all those files are managed; otherwise, I screwed up, and this problem will resolve itself after the PR is merged.
