This prepares the synchronized core, React, and Svelte packages for v0.3.0 / runtime contract v3 while preserving existing data-less actions, stage bridges, and framework hooks.
It adds declared Standard Schema-validated structured results with bounded detached and frozen data, explicit observer redaction, precondition_failed, and propagation through batches, workflows, AI SDK helpers, signed reports, and telemetry-safe events.
It adds action-scoped bridge registries plus action-level explain output and a stateless OpenAI Realtime codec for acknowledged catalog revisions, completed ordered function-call batches, and correlated function_call_output events.
Release automation, compatibility docs, migration guidance, artifact checks, and security, type, and runtime tests are updated; build, typecheck, all 520 tests, packed-install checks, and the full AI, React, Svelte, and Next compatibility matrix pass.
