Summary

• Add a reusable experiment README guideline for humans and AI agents.
• Organize migrated snapshots by engineering concept, then language/runtime.
• Consolidate approved Qt, Spring Batch, API, storage, numeric precision, and Go experiments.

• Go format, test, build, and vet checks for all Go experiments.
• Focused runtime/configuration checks for Markdown Notes, MemKV, Compose, and listener behavior.
• Native bounded review and pre-push gate approved.
• No source histories, private environment files, IDE state, binaries, or generated databases included.

Notes

Source repositories remain unchanged and will only be archived after this migration reaches main and CI succeeds.
