This PR will enforce the use of RLIs (or code regions). This can be ignored via a comment prior to the code fence, but it's strongly recommended that all code be pulled from a source file that can be compiled to ensure validity.
Second, we remove uses of
anyin the website documentation. We now error instead of warn.
