# Four-peptide stack refresh audit, 2026-10-09

Refresh of the page written 2026-09-24, triggered by a diagnostic of the live page at www.dashnaiv.com. Built locally from the working tree; no deploy from this environment per docs. Previous audit: `research/audits/ghk-cu-kpv-bpc-157-tb-500-2026-09-24.md`.

## Part 1: audit

Built from `dist/stacks/ghk-cu-kpv-bpc-157-tb-500/index.html`.

9. What KLOW is, and why the vial label varies
10. KLOW dosage and frequency: what exists, and what does not
11. Side effects: four separate unknowns

### Issues found

1. Own prose reads at Flesch 39 (avg sentence 15.2 words). Quotations are verbatim by policy; this measures only the text we wrote.
2. Internal links 2.0 per 1,000 words (guideline 3–5).
3. No image, so no image alt text carrying the keyword (design.md requires none; note only).

## Part 2: triage

The page was not weak. It was unfindable for its own highest-demand query.

The 2026-09-24 build carried the four-compound roster in every heading, the title, the H1 and the
summary, and never once carried the name under which the formulation is actually sold and searched.
A live fetch of the page returned 0 occurrences of "KLOW" in 3,089 words. The record described the
product correctly and could not be retrieved by anyone looking for it.

| # | Finding | Severity | Action | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | "KLOW" absent from the entire record; page cannot match the query set it should own | Critical | Name the blend in title, SEO title, H1, summary and dedicated section | Done |
| 2 | Dose section headed by the chemical roster, not the dosage question searchers type | High | Retitled to "KLOW dosage and frequency: what exists, and what does not" | Done |
| 3 | No treatment of why circulating dosage charts look derived when they are not | High | Added H3 "Why reconstitution arithmetic is not a dose" | Done |
| 4 | No record that KLOW is an uncontrolled name with varying vial contents | High | Added "What KLOW is, and why the vial label varies" | Done |
| 5 | FAQ did not use the phrasings searchers type for this query | Medium | Four entries added at the head of the FAQ | Done |
| 6 | Intent map had no KLOW query set and no KLOW-era competitors | Medium | Six queries and three competitors added | Done |
| 7 | KLOW query volumes unmeasured | Open | Held in `pending_queries`, not written into `queries[]` as measured zeros | Carried |

### Content boundary

The query asks for a dosage and frequency chart. The boundary set 2026-09-24 holds: no dose figure
and no frequency figure for this combination is reproduced anywhere in the refresh, because none
exists in published research to reproduce.

One number is now on the page that was not there before: the 80 mg vial total, with the component
ratio named in words rather than figures. This is reported as a manufacturing specification that
identifies the product, and the sentence that follows it states that no study administered that
ratio to a person or an animal. The judgement is that product identity is reportable and dose
quantity is not. The reconstitution section deliberately describes the shape of the arithmetic
without supplying a worked example, so the page explains why the charts are hollow without
reprinting one.

## Part 3: exit run

Re-run after the edits, same commit as the Part 1 build above.

| Gate | Before | After | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| `scripts/validate_content.py` | pass | pass | 59 records scanned, 0 errors |
| `scripts/loop_status.py --strict` | pass | pass | all stage artifacts present |
| `npm run build` | pass | pass | 64 pages, no warnings |
| Content quality (heuristic) | 43/100 | 81/100 | +38 |
| AI citation readiness (heuristic) | 60/100 | 75/100 | +15 |
| Uniqueness | 92.0% | 94.4% | +2.4, above the 85% target |
| Words | 3,089 | 3,676 | +587 |
| "KLOW" occurrences | 0 | 24 | query now matchable |
| Dose figures rendered | none | none | boundary held |
| SEO title / description | 54 / 139 | 53 / 137 | both within limits |

The six KLOW queries this refresh targets are recorded in `pending_queries` on the intent map rather
than in `queries[]`. The stage gate requires every entry in `queries[]` to carry a measured volume,
and the keyword index was never queried for these terms, so recording them as measured zeros would
have turned the gate green by fabricating the measurement it exists to check. They move across once
`keyword_overview` with clickstream has actually been run.

Not done, and deliberate: larazotide has no record on this site, and the refresh does not import one.
Some sellers list it under the KLOW name, so the page states that the four-peptide version is what it
covers and stops there, rather than making claims about a fifth compound whose evidence this record
has not assembled.
