- forail-task privileged / host cgroup are now env-gated and default OFF; enable explicitly for the job-execution path (H4). - FORAIL_ALLOWED_HOSTS no longer defaults to '*' (M9). - FORAIL_TAG pins to 2026.07.0 instead of :latest (L15).
