build: parallelize library builds and reuse core objects - #12706
Reduce the measured development Make build from 66.25 seconds to 27.73 seconds, saving 38.52 seconds (about 58%).
Build time
Before this PR
After this PR
Full development build
66.25 s

Measured with FLB_DEV=On on Linux x86_64, using an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS (8 cores / 16 hardware threads), CMake 3.28 and GCC 13. Both runs used fresh Make build directories with warm source caches; configuration time is excluded. The original build used -j32; the final build used -j16, matching the machine's hardware-thread count. These are individual local measurements, not a guaranteed speedup on every runner.
Changes
Enable CMake dependency optimization to remove unnecessary waits between static-library builds while preserving explicit and generated-file dependencies.
Compile 149 core sources once and reuse their objects in the static and shared libraries.
Preserve the system Kafka header include directory on the core object target.
Dependency optimization requires CMake 3.19 or newer and respects an explicit OFF setting. Windows and browser-Wasm keep their existing core compilation paths.
Validation
16 internal and 3 runtime CTest cases passed.
11 integration cases passed normally and under strict Valgrind, with zero reported memory errors.
System librdkafka 2.3.0 builds passed with Clang and with C++ disabled; 4 focused internal tests and 6 Kafka integration cases passed, including strict Valgrind coverage.
3 AddressSanitizer CTest cases passed using a Ninja build.
Static archive members and the shared library's exported symbol set match the baseline.
Commit-prefix checks passed for the full PR range.
Execution was validated on Linux; Windows, macOS, browser-Wasm, and older CMake versions were not tested locally.
System Kafka's focused integration and strict Valgrind checks were run with:
bash /tmp/flb-pr12706-kafka/verify-kafka.sh
That script selects JSON, raw, message-key, dynamic-topic, MessagePack, and oversized-message cases from scenarios/out_kafka/tests/test_out_kafka_001.py, using the binary linked against system librdkafka 2.3.0. Both the normal pytest command and run_tests.py --valgrind --valgrind-strict passed all six cases.

Build Improvements
Builds may complete more efficiently by reusing compiled core components across library variants and optimizing dependency handling.
Existing platform-specific build behavior and generated-source ordering are retained.
The CMake configuration sets a version-gated default for dependency optimization. Non-Windows, non-browser builds compile core sources into an object library and link those objects into the shared and static libraries.

Summary
Set dependency optimization default CMakeLists.txt
When CMake is version 3.19 or newer and CMAKE_OPTIMIZE_DEPENDENCIES is undefined, the configuration sets it to ON.
Build and link shared core objects src/CMakeLists.txt
For non-Windows, non-browser builds, CMake compiles core sources except flb_api.c into fluent-bit-core. The shared and static libraries link those objects and compile flb_api.c directly. The core compile dependencies exclude plugin archives, proxy plugin archives, and flb-http-server. Windows and browser builds retain the original source-list path.
fluent/fluent-bit#12589: Adds the processor_fts plugin and its plugin archive. The main pull request excludes plugin archives from the core object library's compile dependencies.

Apply sanitizer link options only to linkable targets.
When a supported sanitizer is enabled, add_sanitizers(fluent-bit-core) reaches target_link_options() for the OBJECT_LIBRARY target fluent-bit-core. CMake does not provide a link step for OBJECT libraries, so this can fail during configuration or generation. Keep compile options on fluent-bit-core, and skip only its link options. The existing sanitizer calls for the consuming targets remain unchanged.
