Closing without merging: MediatR moved to a commercial model (Lucky Penny licensing) in the 13+ line, which requires payment for commercial use. flowOS is a commercial product, so we stay on MediatR 12 (Apache 2.0) for now. The decision (purchase, stay on 12, or replace with plain handler interfaces / a free alternative) is recorded in the sprint 0 debt register and will be revisited when desktop development resumes.
