Adopt the immutable public Agentic 26.10.1 wheel and release Canon 26.10.2 with matching server, SDK, workflow, and installation metadata. Regenerate the normal dependency lock, remove an obsolete Mistral override, and remove the undeclared Agentic rest/redis extra names; Canon retains its own REST/Redis dependencies.

PyFly remains at the qualified v26.09.04 reference. The later PyFly EDA schema needs a separately qualified legacy-event drain/replay; this change preserves all migration and business source bytes, including Azure and RLM behavior. The HTTP contract changes only its version metadata.

Validation: 1,270 native unit/integration tests passed, with three optional Chroma/Qdrant cases skipped because their clients were absent. Ruff/format passed; Pyright with the actual environment reported zero errors and warnings. Python SDK: 59 source and 59 fresh installed-wheel tests passed; Java25 Maven verify passed. A fresh normal server-wheel installation passed dependency checks and actual typed FireflyAgent/TestModel execution plus Azure and both RLM constructor checks without network calls. No paid providers or cloud application deployment were tested.

Local qualification and source/artifact receipts are retained in the owned adoption proof directory. Official exact-head CI and independent review remain required before merge and immutable v26.10.2 publication.
