Answered implementation questions can continue after an authenticated operator explicitly resumes them, including with a zero repair budget. Initial and ordinarily resumed implementers receive the frozen verification commands and timeouts without added tools or execution permission.

The resume journal binds the original question, authenticated answer and next ordinary attempt. Spent calls, repair history, the frozen request bound and ordinary four-attempt ceiling remain intact. Replay, changed or ambiguous bindings, revoked resumers and active provider recovery are refused. Other roles and the separate final provider allowance retain their existing contracts. SCM-triggered resumes carry the currently verified native actor through the Journal boundary under identity locks.

An explicitly selected Agentic or Bridge communication profile writes the complete title and explanation from bounded cited facts and preserves the exact public human question and ordered choices. A separate structured AI request classifies the original candidate's meaning. Unsupported or uncertain wording receives one AI correction, followed by native framing and current-authority checks without another semantic veto. Supported responses use two requests; corrected responses use three. All calls are tool-free, disable SDK retries and share one selected-profile deadline capped at 120 seconds, defaulting to 60 when absent. The original review and corrected candidate retain separate provenance. Material provider, quota, framing, credential or freshness failures hold configured AI delivery without a substitute template, remote POST or automatic repeated calls. Explicit recorded mode without an AI profile remains available separately.

New workspaces exclude untracked .venv, node_modules and vendor dependency symlinks from source snapshots. Tracked private paths remain rejected. Administrators can explicitly reconcile known failed legacy dependency preparation through a candidate and immutable receipt while preserving source custody, uncertain-effect holds and spent budgets. The release includes current controlled documentation captures and 276 versioned Agentic resources.

Retained official-CLI environment continuations now refuse unmetered command activity before admission, filesystem intent, provider dispatch intent and launch. The refusal distinguishes observed CLI calls from governed runner receipts and required final checks; incomplete or conflicting archives also hold. It grants no budget reset or additional call. This closes an unsafe reconciliation admission while preserving the known limitation: archived observations do not preventively enforce a combined shell-command limit inside the CLI.

Validation on 4ff72bce4a78721603f79860cf45075869661b48:

  • Complete Verify and documentation workflows passed. Python: 3,976 passed, 51 skipped, four warnings. Studio: 549 units across 67 files and 735 browser tests. Documentation: 94 browser tests. Ruff, format, mypy, container checks and the final package gate passed.
  • Downloaded exact CI artifact 12320668626 matches its GitHub ZIP digest. The wheel (569 entries) and sdist (2,010 entries) pass source, metadata, dependency extras, RECORD, Studio and legal checks. Both archives are byte-identical to the final local qualification, including all 1,981 tracked source files. The same wheel was installed outside the checkout and verified against all 236 Python modules, 276 prompt resources, 28 Studio files and fonts over 158 unchanged dependencies.
  • The guard integration passed 118 affected host tests. Separate native PostgreSQL/DI qualification covered SCM resume, workspace reconciliation and command-admission guards; the complete combined suite also passed CI's dedicated PostgreSQL service. Local strict documentation checked 60 pages; the repository-path build verified 61 pages and 7,897 local URLs.
  • Four genuine semantic-flow diagram legibility failures were corrected through layout and label wrapping. All four 1440/390-pixel light/dark browser cases now pass, with approximately 16-pixel labels and no horizontal overflow. Thresholds remain unchanged. The 488 current controlled captures retain exact producer and frontend bindings; no exhaustive visual-review claim is made.

Earlier failed and superseded runs remain preserved. Controlled model, protocol and screenshot fixtures do not establish external one-correction inference, completed CRM or generated-product acceptance.
