[FEAT] Display IPv6 addresses on a machine without IPv4 (clat)

Description

When running on devices without IPv4, where clat is running, a fake address is displayed instead of useful information:

Local IP (wlp3s0): 192.0.0.5/32

Motivation

I suggest at least correcting the message, since this is an IPv4 address, not just an IP, or displaying all available addresses: IPv4, GUA, LUA (which is quite difficult to do).

Alternatively, just output for my case that the network is IPv6only, but with clat enabled.
