Holidays: name a chosen holiday the dataset no longer knows - #513
Follow-up to a4fd14d (stable dataset ids): with --accept-removed a stored holiday id that the rule table or the dataset no longer carries was filtered out of the selection in silence, so a ticked holiday turned into an open day without anyone noticing.
What changes
HolidayPresets::selection() returns a new missing list: the chosen ids of the saved country that no rule of that country/region knows (missingIds(), pure; ids of other countries are not reported since apply() never stores them). rules is unchanged, LibraryCalendar still never evaluates unknown ids.
The holiday card of /admin/calendar shows the app's in-page warning box (the yellow one used on the Languages pages) naming those holidays (country name, ids without the country prefix) and asks to tick the replacements and save again. It is shown whatever country is being previewed, since it is about the saved selection; saving the choice stores only known ids, so the notice goes.

Tests
tests/holiday-presets-missing.unit.php (pure, 11 checks): known, vanished, duplicate, other-country and dataset-country ids; filterIds() + missingIds() cover the stored list without loss.
tests/holiday-presets-apply.unit.php: a vanished id in holiday_rules is reported as missing, kept out of rules, and the calendar still loads.
tests/holidays-world.spec.js 13: notice visible with the vanished id, known choices still ticked, notice stays on another country's preview, gone after saving again, setting restored.
Validation here: php -l, locales aligned (five files, same placeholders), PHPStan 2.1.56 clean, view attribute-escaping static test green. The DB-backed unit test and the Playwright case need the CI database.

setting) was filtered out of the selection in silence, so a ticked
holiday turned into an open day without anyone noticing.
HolidayPresets::selection() now also returns 'missing', the chosen ids of
the saved country that no rule knows (missingIds(), pure), and the
holiday card of /admin/calendar shows them in a notice, whatever country
is being previewed, asking to tick the replacements and save again.
apply() keeps storing only known ids, so saving the choice clears the
notice. LibraryCalendar never evaluated those ids and still does not.
Tests: tests/holiday-presets-missing.unit.php (pure, 11 checks: known,
vanished, duplicate, other-country and dataset-country ids; filterIds and
missingIds split the stored list without loss), the sandbox apply test
