The ports emit the .NET operations they perform (inject, retrieve, record_injection, capture.*, verify, reflect, finalize, index) with the same sources, names, instruments, dimensions and attributes from docs/telemetry.md, pinned by docs/telemetry-names.json (generated from .NET by a test-only check with an update switch). Cores and MAF integrations only call an observer hook; adapters are optional: Python extra otel (agentexperience.telemetry, opentelemetry-api only) and the new Go module go/telemetry (otel API only), which joins the release train. Observer failure never reaches the caller; no content, scope or exception text in telemetry. Nothing under src/ changed.
