Go gets the vector channel, mirroring Python 23.2 (#162): an optional
Embedderon the MAF options, hybrid text+vector injection, observable text fallback (NotConfigured, ProviderUnavailable, ModelMismatch, DimensionMismatch, VectorSearchFailed), in-memory and PostgreSQL+pgvector stores, a background embedding write after capture (Indexstage), bounded embedder/vector calls so a hung provider cannot starve the text search, and contract 1.6 passed with no pending families.
