test: contract 1.6, vector search calls (story 23.1) - #161

Add-only. Publishes the embedding write and nearest-neighbour search statements, the privileges for experience_embeddings, the summary/hash and relevance rules, and the hybrid merge, with .NET-generated fixtures using fixed vectors (families embedding-summary, embedding-write, vector-search, hybrid-merge). The .NET store and the contract SQL as written agree on every case. Python and Go still claim 1.0-1.5 and skip the vector families by name until 23.2 and 23.3. No library behaviour changed. Add-only contract 1.6 so the Python and Go ports can reproduce .NET's vector retrieval (stories 23.2, 23.3).
contract/sql: embedding write + revision probe, vector search (with{dim}placeholder, model-authored variant, compatibility probes), application-role grants forexperience_embeddings.contract/README-1.6.md: summary text and hash, validation, relevanceclamp(1 - d/2), NaN handling, tie-break by experience ID, fallbacks, floor and merge; rules not covered by fixtures are marked normative, not fixtured.embedding-summary,embedding-write,vector-search,hybrid-merge. The .NET store and the contract SQL as written agree on every case; the statements equal the .NET ones line for line.src/; public API baselines untouched. Review: edge-case hunter, 4 patches applied, 1 deferred (deferred-work), 1 rejected.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
