The maf extra claims every agent-framework-core from 1.0.0, but CI only ran the floor and the lock (1.21.0), so a break in a newer release (1.22.0 today) would reach users first. Adds a leg after the floor leg that upgrades to the newest release and reruns the MAF, quick-start and cross-language tests, as the .NET probe does for Microsoft.Agents.AI. Checked by hand: 42 MAF tests pass on 1.22.0.
