chore: stop tracking docs/superpowers plans and specs - #32

Conversation
docs/superpowers is already gitignored, but its files had been force-added. Remove the shipped plans and specs and untrack the one plan still in progress, which stays on disk only. Repoint the three references that named a deleted spec at the user docs that now carry the same content. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
