Darwin PSK tests can release a lookup before cancellation is checked and spend real handshake deadlines sleeping between tiny transport fragments. Release lookup after the owner assertions and drain ready fixture work while yielding. Preserve every assertion, fragment and protocol deadline.
Windows installed readiness tests assume that the executable's operator-new replacement affects DLL allocations. Native proof disproves that assumption. Keep all 22 ordinary cases against the installed DLL and require all 27 cases, including the five unchanged allocation-failure cases, against the installed static archive. Package execution and archive import share the same required-case validator; other platforms retain their original fault coverage.
Darwin archive receipt validation also exposed five executable suites counted twice: TESTS already includes check_PROGRAMS, then four extra TESTS lines repeat those programs. Remove only those redundant lines, preserving every suite and the strict duplicate rejection.
Focused validation: PSK 14 tests/313 checks under coarse scheduling; Windows adapter DLL 22/438 and static 27/486; Linux adapter 28/497; 28 package coverage/matrix and 14 archive-bundle checks. All zero skips. Actual regenerated Automake inventories are unique in both modes (TLS yes 266, no 235), with all five affected programs still present once. Lint, Python compilation and diff checks pass. Local Windows uses a qualified cached toolchain; actual Server2022/MSYS2 CI remains required.
Draft for current-source CI. Windows public consumer shutdown can still report WSAPoll10038; cause remains unknown, and no speculative polling or shutdown suppression is included. Production TLS/backend code is unchanged. Historical failed and canceled receipts stay incomplete; Groundwork validation remains deferred until full CI is green.
